Blender Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:15pm )
- Pull the appropriate material for a work order and ensure that there is stock available.
- Pre-set the product to prepare for production.
- Start up the machine to initiate production.
- Monitor the production continuously until output and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Inform the Operator Leader or Production Supervisor if there are any discrepancies in the work order specs.
- Input the relevant and precise information about the progress of each work order in the system.
- Label, package and stock the completed products carefully.
Blender Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school required.
- Experience in a manufacturing, food, chemical, or industrial blending environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail—you notice when something’s just a little off.
- Problem solver with mechanical aptitude.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Physically able to lift, move, and manage materials as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
