Customer Call Center Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
As a Guest Service Specialist you will handle inbound calls and emails from customers. Customer service, returns, questions and inbound orders. Top tier service is the standard!
Customer Call Center Associate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of retail experience.
- Proficient with typing and multitasking.
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms/screens simultaneously while still providing superior customer service.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
