Maintenance & Repair Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed
- Support production by minimizing downtime through quick and effective repairs
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards
- Document maintenance work and maintain accurate records
Maintenance & Repair Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
- 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including PLCs (a plus but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in welding, fabrication, and machine repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
