Bar Tender Details:
Direct Hire position- $
7.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and customer requests.
- Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and engaging with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area while enforcing alcohol laws responsibly.
- Handle payments accurately, manage tabs, and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Assist with bar setup, restocking, and closing duties, including inventory and securing alcohol storage.
Bar Tender Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ and meet all legal requirements to serve alcohol.
- TABC certification preferred.
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within the company.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
