Description
Machine Operator
Looking for a skilled grinder with solid mechanical experience and a stable work history. Train on 1st shift for 3–5 weeks, then move to 2nd shift. Operate grinding equipment, perform quality checks.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
2nd Shift Grinder (Train 1st 3–5 weeks)
- Operate grinding machine
- Perform quality checks
- Set and maintain gauging instruments, and stop production when specs aren’t met
- Handle materials safely, prevent product mix, and move parts to the next process area
- Set up machines, change grind/reg wheels, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- MUST have solid work history, with longevity and no gaps
- In person interview required
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 600 lbs.
- Mechanical experience required
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
