Machine Grinder
Looking for a skilled grinder with solid mechanical experience and a stable work history. Train on 1st shift for 3–5 weeks, then move to 2nd shift. Operate grinding equipment, perform quality checks, and keep production on track. Weekly pay, benefits, and steady work!

Machine Grinder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
2nd Shift Grinder (Train 1st 3–5 weeks)
- Operate grinding equipment (End Grinder, Centerless Grinder, In-Feed) in a grinder bank environment
- Ensure compliance with process cards, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform quality checks, set and maintain gauging instruments, and stop production when specs aren’t met
- Handle materials safely, prevent product mix, and move parts to the next process area
- Set up machines, change grind/reg wheels, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S techniques
Machine Grinder Qualifications:
- MUST have solid work history, with longevity and no gaps
- In person interview required
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 600 lbs.
- Mechanical experience required
- Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) preferred
- Strong organizational and work efficiency skills
- Ability to follow process specifications and report production data
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
