Lead Print Estimator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- The Lead Print Estimator is responsible for analyzing client project requirements and preparing accurate job estimates for digital printing, and specialty finishing services.
- They act as a liaison between sales, production, and customers to ensure quotes are both competitive and achievable.
- Must have working knowledge of signs and banners, promotional items, and Ad specialties.
Lead Print Estimator Qualifications:
• Review client specifications, artwork, and order details to determine labor, material, and production costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates and job tickets for printing, embroidery, and finishing projects.
• Work closely with production staff to understand capabilities, timelines, and potential bottlenecks.
• Assist sales staff in preparing proposals and pricing strategies.
• Track actual job costs vs. estimates to improve accuracy over time.
• Maintain knowledge of current material costs, vendor pricing, and industry standards.
