Machine Operator Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:00am to02:30pm )
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and support machine operators on the drinks production line
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor maintenance
- Ensure quality standards, GMP, safety, and compliance protocols are met
- Track performance metrics using Redzone
- Set up equipment according to the production schedule
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records
Machine Operator Lead Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of machine operation experience (manufacturing/food/pharma required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude & experience with complex or computer-controlled machinery
- Ability to train and guide a team in a high-tempo production environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
