Pool Tech
Responsible for the general care and maintenance of the spa and six swimming pools located on the property by performing the following duties.

Pool Tech Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
*Responds to calls and resident work requests concerning pool maintenance in a timely manner.
*Cleans and repairs filter system. Adjusts and performs minor repairs to heating and pumping equipment. Reports any mechanical failures of operating equipment to management.
*Orders pool supplies to be delivered in conformance with work schedule and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies at all times. Completes purchase orders as required.
*Maintains Daily Log.
Pool Tech Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform Each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in the course of daily duties. -Ability to effectively work from a ladder at a height up to thirty (30) feet. -Ability to accurately estimate time and materials required for the performance of all tasks assigned. -Ability to communicate effectively. -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. -Knowledge of general pool maintenance and basic equipment repairs.
