Maintenance Shop Admin
We are seeking a confident, organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Shop Administrator to oversee daily shop operations. This role requires a strong personality with proven follow-through who can manage work orders, coordinate purchasing, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in administrative processes while being assertive enough to keep the team accountable and the shop running smoothly.

Maintenance Shop Admin Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
Purchasing & Inventory,Source, order, and track parts, tools, and supplies.
Work Order Management,Create, assign, and track maintenance jobs and work orders.
Administrative Support,Maintain organized filing systems for purchase orders, invoices, and service records.
Maintenance Shop Admin Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience in a maintenance, shop, or service environment preferred. · Strong purchasing and invoicing background required. · Ability to code invoices and manage vendor accounts. · Exceptional organizational and time management skills. · Strong personality – confident, assertive, and able to hold others accountable. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS/work order systems, or similar software.
