Transfer Pricing Analyst Details:

• $40.00 /hour
• First Shift

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for compliance with the proposed APA methodology and transfer pricing regulations
• Data gathering and data analysis
• Gather, analyze and troubleshoot data for use in financial and economic models, and transfer pricing reports submitted to tax/transfer pricing authorities
• Identify quickly any data discrepancies and potential shortcomings 
• Perform comparable company search and screening for application in the APA model as well as §6662 contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation studies
• Provide responses to HM requests for BEPS/CBCR and other relevant HM Tax Guidelines and inquires 
• Analyze results of economic and financial models and make relevant recommendations to management
• Calculate required transfer pricing adjustments, markups, royalty rates, service charges
• Provide support on ongoing transfer pricing and planning projects and business plan themes. Coordinate and collaborate with external advisors and other areas within the company to gather and to provide data, and to discuss all aspects relating to transfer pricing compliance and planning
• Research and effective communication of results
• Research important transfer pricing issues
• Communicate results effectively and influence decisions balancing business needs and compliance requirements
