Finisher/Painter
We are seeking a skilled Finisher/Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing products or surfaces to meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, mixing and applying top coatings, and ensuring finished products meet specifications.

Finisher/Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30am )
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or filling as needed
- Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, coatings, or finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and refinishing as required
- Maintain tools, spray equipment, and the painting/finishing area in a clean and organized condition
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of paints, chemicals, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines
Finisher/Painter Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in painting, and finishing
- Knowledge of various paint systems, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical data sheets, and safety instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
