Purchasing Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records in the company’s ERP/MRP system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations

Purchasing Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of purchasing/buying experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
- Strong time management and multitasking skills will be required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
