CNC Laser Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines and related production equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Select lenses and machine parameters based on material specs, interpreting blueprints, ensuring part quality using precision instruments, and safely handling materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Maintain equipment, follow safety and ISO procedures, report issues, and contribute to process improvements. Strong communication, flexibility, and adherence to quality standards are essential.
CNC Laser Operator Qualifications:
- Able to perform all essential job duties independently and effectively.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and respectfully.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- High attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques.
- Three years of experience and /or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
