Assistant Property Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Support the daily operations of HUD/Section 8 housing properties.
- Assist residents with applications, renewals, and housing-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HUD regulations.
- Collaborate with the property manager to address resident concerns promptly.
- Help foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive community environment.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn HUD/Section 8 compliance requirements (training provided).
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
