Product Support Customer Service Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 06:00pm)

Job Summary This role supports customers and the sales team by providing information about the company’s products and services through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Responsibilities include order entry and management, returns processing, and general customer care. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc., providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information Enter and manage orders from various channels (email, EDI, phone, etc.) Follow up on incomplete or problematic orders to ensure resolution Assist customers with navigating the company website Process returns and credits according to brand guidelines Provide non-technical support and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities Log customer feedback in SAP Stay up to date on company products and procedures through training

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Professional and adaptable with strong computer and typing skills
