EH&S Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
90,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead implementation of EHS programs ensuring compliance, safety, and risk management across manufacturing operations.
- Provide technical expertise in chemical safety, hazardous waste, ergonomics, and environmental permitting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support safe equipment design, installation, and startup.
- Investigate incidents, lead emergency response efforts, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage internal resources and external contractors to support evolving EHS needs.
EH&S Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- 6+ years of EH&S leadership experience in manufacturing (semiconductor, solar, or chemical industries preferred).
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written) required.
- Active professional certification (CSP, CIH, or CHMM) required.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and proven ability to lead cross-functional safety initiatives.
