They are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to support there finance and operations teams.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring billing accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

Billing Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare, review, and process billing statements and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with internal teams and clients
- Maintain organized billing records and support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide support to accounting and finance teams as needed
- Utilize ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, or similar) to manage billing functions
Billing Specialist Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, or similar) to manage billing functions
- Accounts Payable - Preferred
- Invoicing - Required
- Microsoft OS -Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
