Internal Control Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
75,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:00pm )
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification processes (CSA and others).
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues during system implementation and provide training.
- Analyze audit findings and report system performance to management for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and update systems to align with industry standards.
Internal Control Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years in internal control within a manufacturing environment (PV industry preferred).
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken and written) required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S systems.
- Experience with internal audits, certification processes (CSA preferred), and risk assessment methods.
