Ash Pallet is hiring motivated individuals to join our team in pallet repair and forklift operations. These roles involve inspecting, repairing, and handling pallets as well as safely moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.

General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- 5am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-2:30am, M-Th.
- 5:30am-5:30pm, Fri-Sun
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage.
- Use hand tools (hammer, pry bar, nail gun, saw) to repair damaged pallets.
- Stack, sort, and band repaired pallets for distribution.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work with hand tools.
- Willingness to learn pallet grading, sorting, and repair standards.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
