Onsite Recruiter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Partner closely with HR and department managers to identify hiring needs across warehouse and support teams
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume roles
- Track applicants and keep accurate, up-to-date records in the recruiting system
- Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
Onsite Recruiter Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with operations teams
