Data Entry/Customer Service Rep Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to01:00pm )
- First point of contact taking and processing customer orders
- Confirming all order info is entered quickly and accurately into systems
- Providing order status updates and changes to clients as needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction from order placement through product delivery
- Receiving and sharing client feedback regarding product and services
Data Entry/Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in order entry or sales support
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience doing volume computer entry into a database accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to problem solve and resolve client escalations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
