Client Services & Logistics Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
• Communicate with the warehouse shipping team to coordinate outgoing orders.
• Prepare and process shipping documents with accuracy.
• Use GP/CINCH systems to track orders and maintain operational records.
• Arrange transportation to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Generate and distribute reports to track shipping progress and share updates with leadership.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Client Services & Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
• Preferred college degree in business (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of related work experience, ideally in logistics, shipping, or seed/agriculture operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
