Collections and Inventory Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports
- Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect past due balances
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Set and adjust credit limits based on company policies
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues
- Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure smooth communication
- Prepare reports on collection activity and outstanding accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collections and Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in credit/collections or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
