Quality Inspector Details:
Direct Hire position- $
24.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to02:30pm )
Job Duties:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on electronic assemblies, batteries, and chargers.
- Verify build documentation, inspection records, and maintain traceability.
- Inspect reworked/repair parts to support NCR closure and MRB activities.
- Identify and escalate nonconformities; collaborate with Production/Engineering teams.
- Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, microscopes) and automated systems (Micro-Vu, Keyence).
- Maintain accurate inspection records for audits and configuration control.
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- 3–5 years quality inspection experience (aerospace preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FAA, AS9100, and inspection standards.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, wiring diagrams, MIL-STD specs.
- Skilled with manual and automated inspection tools; programming experience a plus.
- Familiar with J-STD-001 standards (certification preferred).
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly between inspection tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
