Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
Job Duties:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for five companies, including invoice entry, approvals, and weekly vendor payments
- Support Accounts Receivable functions as needed.
- Answer incoming phone lines for two companies and provide general administrative support (filing, clerical duties).
- Serve as a backup for ADP Payroll processing, including handling payroll for a small team of 2 employees when required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and leadership to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience (QuickBooks experience a plus, not required).
- Experience processing vendor payments across multiple companies preferred.
- Familiarity with ADP Payroll is helpful, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
