Mechanical assembly technicians to join a growing production team. You will work hands-on to assemble complex electro-mechanical products that power critical infrastructure including utilities, defense & renewable energy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, & quality craftsmanship are essential.

Mechanical Assembly Tech I & II Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble Mechanical sub-assemblies & electrical components from engineering drawings, schematics & work instructions
- Perform mechanical alignments, torque fasteners to specification & conduct fit checks
- Use hand & power tools to build control panels, switchboards & associated wiring
- Follow strict quality standards, safety protocols & lean manufacturing practices (5S)
- Perform basic to advance electrical testing (depending on level) including use of multimeters, hipot testers & power supplies
- Interpret & complete build documentation, job travelers & in-process checklist
- Use of ERP systems (E.G., JobBoss) & mobile applications for tracking work & logging data

Mechanical Assembly Tech I & II Qualifications:
- 6 months - 2+ years of experience (mechanical or electrical assembly, general manufacturing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude & experience using hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail & ability to follow complex instructions
- Commitment to punctuality, professionalism & safety
- Valid DL and clean background
Preferred:
- Completion of a vocational program or military MOS related to electrical or mechanical systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
