2nd Shift Melt Assistant / Diecast Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
- Assist with melting and diecasting processes in a high-heat environment
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
- Perform inspections to maintain product quality and consistency
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a strong team environment
2nd Shift Melt Assistant / Diecast Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a very hot manufacturing environment
- Dependability and willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Must provide your own steel-toed boots with metatarsal guards
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
