We are seeking experienced Screen Print Operators with an eye for detail to join our growing production team!

Print Screen Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Receive and review work orders for screen printing projects.
- Determine estimated printing times, ink, and material needs.
- Clean screens, flash, and prepare for production.
- Set up screen-printing machines according to order type and design colors. Inspect products for smears, misalignment, or other defects; make adjustments as needed.
- Run print jobs and perform quality checks throughout the process.
Print Screen Operator Qualifications:
- Previous work experience as a shirt press operator using M&R Sportsman, Gauntlet, Cobra, Stryker, Brother, Challenger, or similar screen-printing press machines.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate large machinery.
- Comfortable working with inks and chemicals daily.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
