3rd Shift Team Lead - SW Details:
Temporary position- $
19.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:30pm to06:30am )
-Provide copies of Placement and Sign in sheets to On Site team-Check PPE and uniform at start of shift-Ensure new starts have badges-Walk new starts to their work station and make sure they understand breaks and clocking in.-Decision-making and judgement, initiative and change, job knowledge and skills-Problem-solving, productivity and quality, self-development and teamwork
3rd Shift Team Lead - SW Qualifications:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment. Strong knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on the floor. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively guide and support team members. Ability to track, report, and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing production needs
