1st or 2nd Shift - Quality Team Lead - Bilingual Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 22.00 / annually Various shifts available
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality inspectors to achieve daily performance and quality goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and enhance efficiency.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and resolve quality issues with urgency and accuracy.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Communicate effectively across departments to align teams on quality objectives.
1st or 2nd Shift - Quality Team Lead - Bilingual Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a quality or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on results. Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a track record of driving improvements.
