Data Entry Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Enter and update inventory data, purchase orders, and shipping/receiving information into warehouse management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, product codes, and item descriptions.
- Review and verify incoming paperwork (packing slips, invoices, shipping documents) for accuracy before data entry.
- Generate reports as needed for management or other departments. Assist with tracking orders, shipments, and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Identify and correct errors in data, ensuring consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- File, organize, and maintain records for auditing and compliance purposes.
Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:
- Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical and text data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
