Line Leader Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Supervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Plan, organize, and optimize workflow to meet daily production schedules.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and internal growth. Verify inventory, lot codes, quantities, and pallet accuracy on the production line.
- Record and manage production data accurately in PackManager (Nulogy) and resolve operational issues.
Line Leader Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading production lines, preferably in kitting or packaging operations.
- Strong proficiency with PackManager (Nulogy) or similar production management systems.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, lot code verification, and quality checks.
- Computer literacy, including ability to work with production tracking systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
