General Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate production equipment (spot welders, presses, shearers) to fabricate sheet metal. Lift, position, and remove sheet metal parts for processing.
- Load, stack, and transport materials by hand, fork truck, or overhead crane.
- Clean, grind, and prep metal surfaces prior to fabrication, welding, or painting.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using blueprints when required.
- Maintain clean work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Uniform provided; steel-toe shoes required.
General Production Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift.
- Forklift or crane experience a plus (training may be provided).
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality standards.
- Dependable attendance and teamwork required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
