2nd Shift Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughThursday )
- Oversee daily kitting and co-packing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor production metrics, implement corrective actions, and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate schedules, inventory, and workflow with planning, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members while fostering continuous improvement.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and resolve non-conformances to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
2nd Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitting or production operations; 3–5 years in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
- Proficiency with production management software, such as Nulogy Pack Manager, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, scheduling, and quality control standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Schedule: Must be flexible to rotate between 1st and 2nd shift as needed (cover PTO, vacations, or low volume in 2nd shift).
