Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on industrial laundry equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment including electrical controls, PLCs, inverter drives, conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, and valves.
- Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry results, and sanitation checks.
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls during production to minimize downtime.
- Train operators on safe and proper use of machinery.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial laundry or production equipment (motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs a plus).
- Ability to follow and complete preventive maintenance schedules to keep high-volume equipment running safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of OSHA standards; proven ability to work safely in industrial environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, able to quickly identify issues, minimize downtime, and implement effective solutions.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed in a 24/7 operation; consistent attendance is critical.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
