We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager. In this role, you will lead a dynamic production team, ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, and maintain a clean, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Production Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
31.25 to $ 40.86 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Lead, train, support, and motivate production staff to meet daily goals
- Troubleshoot and operate equipment when necessary
- Plan and assign daily production tasks to meet efficiency targets
- Maintain and enforce workplace safety and GMP compliance
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to meet production targets and drive process improvements
Production Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience with blending, encapsulation, filling, and packaging processes
- Strong understanding of GMP and relevant regulatory standards
- Effective leadership and team-building skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
