Welder
We are seeking skilled welders to join our Utility Line and Cargo Line teams. In this role, you will be responsible for welding metal components to produce high-quality trailers. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, values safety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Weekend Shift ( Friday throughSunday from 07:00am to07:30pm )
- The ability to work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods based on requirements
- Set up components for welding according to specifications
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using fixtures, tape measure, levels, speed square, etc. and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Prepare trailers and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
Welder Qualifications:
- MIG experience required
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus
- Ability to lift, push, pull heavy items up to 50-70 pounds consistently required
- Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
