CNC Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Entry-level candidates: Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operations.
- Experienced candidates: 1+ years operating CNC machines, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow standard operating procedures.
- Able to pass a drug screen that tests for THC
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
