Customer Account Manager Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift
  • Looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Lead to streamline sales processes and support our outbound sales team.
  • This role focuses on managing CRM data, assisting with quotes and renewals, and ensuring smooth invoicing and purchase order processes.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to improve efficiency and support revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Lead & Appointment Management: Track and manage leads from outbound marketing efforts.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and activities in the CRM system.
  • Quoting & Renewals: Prepare quotes for new sales and manage annual maintenance renewals to drive retention.
  • Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Oversee purchase order processing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Sales Forecasting: Assist with forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
  • Documentation: Keep meticulous records of sales transactions, agreements, and renewals.

Customer Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B/SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and financial tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
