Encapsulation Operator
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Encapsulation Operator to join our production team in Springville, Utah.

Encapsulation Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate encapsulation machinery in accordance with established procedures
- Follow all GMP and SOPs daily Identify and report any deviations
- Verify drums and components for correct appearance, lot number, item number, description, and quantities
- Monitor machine performance to identify defects or malfunctions Utilize SPC
- Troubleshoot issues related to product quality and machine operation Adjust machines based on job specifications and material requirements
- Complete required documentation, including log sheets, machine reports, MBRs, SPC charts, and cleanup logs
- Perform minor machine maintenance such as routine lubrication
- Conduct efficient cleanups in compliance with GMP/SOP guidelines Assist with training new operators when needed Use PPE appropriately and follow all safety protocols
- Operate a forklift as required
Encapsulation Operator Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of production experience, ideally in a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical environment
- Basic math and computer skills, including working with metric and standard measurements, percentages, and bar graphs
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw logical conclusions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
