Metal Manufacturing Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and appearance of our fabricated metal products. This position requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Grind, sand, polish, de-burr, and finish metal pieces.
- Assemble sheet metal parts.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints.
Metal Manufacturing Qualifications:
- Previous experience in metal shops, metal manufacturing and finishing preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Capable of standing for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
