Operator I - D Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Wednesday throughSaturday from 06:45pm to07:00am )
The Operator I is responsible for :
- Managing the upstream/downstream flow of the overall production process from start to finish.
- Execute emergency stop procedures and intervene manually to prevent critical issues
- Inspect and segregate defective products, measure boards, stack properly, and handle packaging, labeling, and material refills
- Handling and reloading packaging materials for the production line, in a 24/7 environment.
- Ensures product quality, workplace safety, efficient organization, and adherence to established processes.
- Technical expertise, ability to perform core skills and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations.
- You will play a critical role in supporting and sustaining the fluidity of the product lines.
Operator I - D Qualifications:
Required :
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
• Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with Production Leads, Supervisors, and Extruder Operators
• Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs | Stand/Walk through entire shift
Preferred
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Previous manufacturing experience
