Elwood Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Sales Representative for a local retail company in Fort Collins.

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality customer service over the phone, in person, and via email communication
- Order taking
- Provide quotes and bids for customers
- Providing accurate information about orders, shipping, inventory, and product specs
- Resolve customers with shipping issues, warranty, back orders, and lost packages
- Aid customers with questions about products, pricing, and product availability.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Model positive behavior that is a representative of the principles of ethics and integrity
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, displaying patience and empathy
- A team player who enjoys working closely with fellow team members and management
- Dependable, conscientious, timely, and possess attention to detail
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to learn and develop professionally
- Assist customers cheerfully and pleasantly
- Computer skills include a basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- No wildland fire experience is necessary, only a willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn about the industry.
