Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The Project Estimator/Inside Sales Support role is a key part of our operations team. This individual will assist with preparing estimates, supporting the sales process, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, possess strong communication skills, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving. While prior estimating experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong aptitude and industry interest.
Project Estimator - Inside Sales Support Qualifications:
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documents.
- Assist with preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.
- Provide inside sales support, including responding to client inquiries and preparing quotes.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure accuracy and clarity in estimates.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
- Deliver excellent customer service, both over the phone and via email. Support the sales team with follow-up on bids and project opportunities.
Valid Driver's License is Required. Ability to pass Drug Screen that includes THC. Submit resume w/Experience to be considered.
