Quality Maintenance & Manufacturing Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.54 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Performs cleaning, packaging, visual inspection, tool tracking, and testing tasks on aircraft parts and components.
- Uses basic hand tools, measuring equipment, and follows all technical drawings, manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Documents work, maintains inspection records, and ensures compliance with calibration and audit standards.
- Maintains an organized work area, supports process improvements, and assists in mentoring or training as needed.
- Coordinates and expedites inspection tasks, prepares necessary paperwork, and performs administrative duties as required.
Quality Maintenance & Manufacturing Tech Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License
- Read, write, and follow instructions, specifications, and documentation in English.
- Perform basic maintenance and manufacturing tasks with strong mechanical aptitude and hand dexterity.
- 1 year of aviation experience preferred; inspection knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to drive company or rental vehicles and travel as needed.
- Minimal verbal/written communication required while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
