2nd Shift Powder Coat Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:00pm to01:00am )
- Operate and monitor the powder coating/paint line
- Apply powder coat finishes to metal parts according to specifications Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and coating materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols in a hot, active production environment
2nd Shift Powder Coat Associate Qualifications:
- Prior powder coating or painting experience in manufacturing is required.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment with sparks and dust
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Capable of standing 10+ hours per shift and performing repetitive tasks
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift regularly
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
