Cook Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughThursday from 01:00pm to09:00pm )
- As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes that meet the standards of excellence our members and guests expect.
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with club recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all dishes leave the kitchen in a timely manner, properly garnished, and at the correct temperature.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Cook Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a country club, hotel, or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
