Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 22.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and carriers.
- Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders in the system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, billing, and scheduling.
- Resolve service issues, discrepancies, and OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) claims.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support warehouse and customer needs.
- Coordinate with operations teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support billing, reporting, and compliance processes.
- 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 2:30 pm to 10:30pm)
Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service, logistics, or warehousing experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and WMS/TMS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
