Food Production Associates Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30am )
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to strict gluten?free recipes.
- Operate and clean mixers and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor dough quality—texture, consistency, temperature.
- Sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment; maintain food safety and cGMP standards.
- Record production batch details—ingredient lot numbers, yields, waste.
- Store ingredients properly with accurate labeling and rotation.
- Assist with ingredient inventory, restocking, and ordering.
- Support other production areas (e.g., freezing, packaging) as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures—including safety, EEO, and GMPs.
Food Production Associates Qualifications:
- Previous experience in baking, food production, or a similar environment preferred—but training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around recipe accuracy and sanitation.
- Ability to follow written instructions and batch records accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and a clean, organized work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to ~50 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
